High-Touch Patient Services

RxComplete 360 delivers ‘high-touch” patient service to support medication adherence by ensuring that patients receive all of their medications when needed.

Dedicated phone lines for members of each health plan client are answered 24 hours by live representatives with easy access to pharmacy technicians and pharmacists.

Working with doctors to obtain prescriptions.

Prescriptions are obtained from doctors and pharmacies for new patients starting service. Obtaining new prescriptions from doctors allows them to review all of a patient’s prescriptions and discontinue those not needed.

Refill tracking with proactive calls from pharmacy technicians to ensure that refills are ordered on time.

Refills synchronized into a single free of charge home delivery or pharmacy pick up each month.

Regular check-ins with patients for new and discontinued prescriptions and those not being used as prescribed.

Continuous surveying of patients for service satisfaction.

No additional cost to patients or health plans for “high-touch” services.
